The Galena Lead Rush Half Marathon, held this year on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, will test your endurance. Lace up your running shoes for this late autumn half-marathon starting at Chestnut Mountain Resort. Run the countryside and end along the mighty Mississippi River. After the race, enjoy the chairlift ride to the post-race party with live entertainment and the awards ceremony.
